Shipping policy

We strive to ship out items within 3 "business days". Saturday and Sunday are NOT business days. 

We will always ship with tracking so we can track packages as well to your door. Once the item is shipped, allow 7-14 days for delivery before inquiring about missing packages. 

We will ship from 2 locations - NOT CHINA! - None of our stuff should take more than 14 days. 

If your item shows it was delivered, we are NO LONGER responsible for your package. It is YOUR responsibility to contact the post office to see where they left it. We cannot cover porch pirates.
